The living room has a love seat and couch plus a dedicated work station, along with a 65" smart TV. Both bathrooms have a shower and tub. A full washer and dryer room sits across from the King bedroom, and a covered patio with two seating areas rounds out the space. Onsite parking is available in the back of the unit, and the property is well lit at night.

House Rules
Includes a bunk bed — the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 or guests exceeding 250 lbs, and only one guest is allowed on top at a time. Check-in is 3 PM, check-out is 11 AM sharp. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. No smoking inside ($250 fine); unauthorized guests, parties, or pets result in immediate removal or loss of deposit.
